Job Description:
Provide day-to-day project planning, control, and analysis support to multi-program and project activities under the NASA CPSS contract at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
• Analyze and integrate requirements and technical content against resources identifying risks and issues. • Develop and track schedules project management and engineering tasks. • Provide input, advice, and make recommendations to project managers, integration Points of Contact, and organizational managers. • Support and participate in programs, project, organizational, Center reviews, and meetings and prepare and provide independent assessments, papers, and presentations. Prepare and present the monthly Project Review.
• Support development of handbooks and work instructions and maintain current work instructions for all assigned tasks. • Develop and support documentation, planning, and tracking of PMOD milestones, contractor performance measurement and assessment, and developing and maintaining PMOD documentation, deliverables, and other supporting products. • Establish guidelines and make recommendations for management processes, including data organization, identification, and maintenance procedures. • Provide schedule analysis support in evaluating engineering deliverables. • Provide monthly activity reports and weekly notes to capture work performed on assigned tasks.
Experience Requirements:
• Understanding of NASA Review Process
• Excellent communication skills.• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
