Job Title: Technical Support Contractor - Robotics Company

- Provide installation support for our robotics systems at customer sites, ensuring that systems are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotics systems, addressing any hardware issues that may arise.
- Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner, using our Zendesk platform to communicate effectively with customers.
- Speak with customers over the phone and through online channels, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for our robotics products.
- Perform on-site training for customers, ensuring that they are proficient in the operation and maintenance of our robots.
- Record maintenance events in UpKeep to accurately record service issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the robotics or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems and hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
- Flexibility to travel within the London region for on-site support and training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
