RPM proudly services the some of the most recognizable and transformative companies in the world as The Driving Force in Logistics™Your RoleBased in Smyrna, TN - you will provide on-site coverage and management for all operational needs to ensure all SOP and safety measures are met. While doing so work hand in hand with vendors for staffing needs for each site. Balance this with an in-office approach to work with our OEM operations team/and Carrier Sales Team as well as claims to improve overall compliance scores.Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform Driver quality checks and supervise charrier check-in process.
  • Manage/assist with customer quality holds/stop-ships.
  • Driver App training/troubleshooting.
  • Damage coding, operational risk mitigation – report repetitive damage back to RPM and Customer.
  • Supervise vehicle loading operations.
  • Supervise and perform vehicle staging activities.
  • Observe and assist where needed.
  • General OEM and carrier support (vin swap)
  • Manage loads in RPM’s TMS
  • Risk identification, train, and support directly with our carriers.
  • Quality calls/safety compliance for new, existing, and high-volume carriers
  • Assist with Training of new hires.
  • Oversee and support RPM yard representatives/labor.
  • Assist with carrier and OEM relationship(s).
  • Assist with OEM yard audits to ensure our carriers are compliant.
  • Assists in the maintenance of equipment and company vehicles.
  • Able to react to change productively by working in a variety of situations and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive behavior and conduct in the workplace while acting and communicating with other customers, vendors, co-workers, and management.
  • Report accidents and injuries on appropriate forms and communicate such to all appropriate customers/vendors and RPM Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 - 4+ years of Logistics Experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects
  • Driven Team Player
