Beghou Consulting is looking for an exceptional Growth & Strategy associate consultant as part of the market-led team focused on robust pre-sales and RFP processes, knowledge management, and developing strategies to gain market share in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in a similar healthcare consulting firm, with 2-5 years of relevant experience and an entrepreneurial drive.This role requires problem solving and a customer centric approach, adaptability and understanding of new analytics, technology and data solutions and the ability to craft succinct and winnable proposals mapped to client’s needs. 

We'll trust you to


  • Responsible for building high quality and relevant proposal responses which align to the client’s needs as well as the evolving commercialization needs in the industry – this will include focus on areas like
  • -Succinct summaries -Ensure completeness of response, mapped to RFP requirements -Value drivers and differentiators for the solution
  • Overall document quality – solution quality, consistency in message, solutions linked to clear outcomes and deliverables
  • Implement presales processes, which would include stakeholder management, effective solutioning process, consistency, and a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Sales enablement content development and repository management –Maintain content development process for BD/ presales activity, manage repository and aim for increased usage and efficiency in BD activities (maintain past-proposals, case studies, PoVs, Industry trends, competitive intelligence etc.)
  • Industry Research: Research on industry trends, PoVs, clients, competitors and functional areas to inform solution development.

You'll need to have:


  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field in Presales function.
  • Post graduate, preferably Masters in Business Administration
  • Core experience in solutioning, proposal build and RFP response management
  • Proven track record of creating successful RFP solutions
  • Knowledge of the pharma/life science industry.
  • Knowledge of Pricing models and Estimations in LS Industry solutions
