We are looking for an Engineering Manager with knowledge and experience building web-based software hosted in a public cloud. In this role, you will focus on managing the codebase(s), evolving and implementing development processes, and building software solutions on the CyberCube platform. You will be a leader who guides, supports, and advocates for your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate  with key cross-functional stakeholders (product managers, data scientists, other engineering teams, etc.) to deliver high-quality predictable releases
  • Brainstorm and recommend long-term technology solutions based on the business needs, architecture and strategic drivers 
  • Take care of the health and quality of the product codebase from maintainability, scalability, performance and security perspectives
  • Manage the performance and professional growth of team member

Requirements


  • You are experienced in software development and architecture, with a good understanding of the latest industry trends
  • You have successfully led teams and software projects
  • You have a good understanding of cloud methodologies, multi-tenant solutions, micro-services and distributed systems principles
  • You have experience with agile development, continuous delivery, and DevOps
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
