What will you do?
- You'll be working with our team of experienced QAs, developers, and product managers to make sure everything we deliver is absolutely top quality. Your help will be invaluable when their yellow duck can't hack it. :)
- You’ll improve our existing automation, QA processes, and best practices by working closely with different stakeholders.
- You’ll take ownership of all automation needs within one of our key Business Units, covering both frontend and backend.
- You’ll automate new features to ensure proper coverage and support go-live with high quality standards.
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving existing automation tests and expanding them as needed.
- You'll have huge creative freedom and the ability to influence the project, so you can make your mark right away.
- You’ll collaborate with your friends both from Poland and the United States.
We might be a match if you…
- Have at least 3 years of experience in automation testing for both frontend and backend platforms.
- Know your way around JavaScript / TypeScript, and feel comfortable working with them.
- Are an expert in automation best practices, coding standards, Git, GitHub, and the PR process.
- Have hands-on experience with at least one testing framework like Cypress or Playwright (we use both).
- Have worked with REST, GraphQL APIs, CI/CD pipelines and automated Nest.js.
- Are more than familiar with integration, functional, end-to-end, and API automation tests.
- Are an independent problem solver, but also an excellent team player.
- Pay attention to details, can handle automating complex features, and aren't afraid to speak up when something needs improvement.
- Know how to write SQL queries along with data consistency and integrity in relational databases.
- Have a good command of English (written & spoken).
- Are available in the afternoons - due to collaboration with the United States, evening meetings may occur. Rest assured, we prioritize work-life fit, respect everyone's private lives, and don’t work at night but we still must ensure that communication between the time zones is effective.
You will get extra points for:- Creativity and innovation in automation for any given area.
- Experience with Jira and agile testing methodologies.
- Worked with test case management tools, preferably TestRail.
