Position Overview:


We are excited to expand our team as we launch our new office in Guadalajara and are looking for individuals with strong customer support experience. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding workers into temporary roles within sectors like manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. This position involves engaging with workers across different time zones, primarily through phone call communication. You'll excel in this role if you're comfortable with high-volume interactions, problem solving, and adapting quickly to meet fluctuating demands.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles.

  • Client Coordination: Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs.

  • Effective Communication: Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions

  • Recruitment Tools Utilization: Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates.

  • Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.

  • High Volume Calling: Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage. Maintain a positive and persistent approach.

  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Feedback Provision: Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team.

  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where quick decision-making and adaptability are crucial.

Qualifications:



  • Experience: Recent college graduate or 2+ years of professional experience preferred but not required at a fast-paced company in business support, customer support or similar role.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic. Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines.

  • Attitude: Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for our workers.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to tackle tasks hands-on.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to where demand is highest, with minimal downtime.

  • Organization: Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Salary Range Details


The compensation range for this position varies by location, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. The ranges are as follows:


  • Monthly Salary Range: 13,500 MXN - 27,000 MXN

Exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
