Primary Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand business processes to develop and execute testing plans that align with project requirements efficiently.
Collaborate closely with the software operations team to uphold quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Leverage automated testing tools, primarily Copado, to streamline processes and achieve optimal results.
Conduct manual testing as needed, particularly to verify styling and design elements.
Diligently track and document incidents, performing comprehensive regression testing to ensure system integrity.
Offer vital troubleshooting support during post-release and post-implementation phases.
Provide Salesforce help desk assistance to our in-office team within the production environment.
Meticulous data hygiene and maintenance across multiple departments.
Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, automated testing, and Salesforce to implement new tools that improve service delivery and operational efficiency while ensuring QA testing best practices are followed. - Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively document and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5 years minimum direct administration and configuration experience on Salesforce platform
3 years minimum hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on Salesforce platform end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred) - Prior Copado or similar experience and huge plus
