Responsibilities:


  • Requirements Decomposition & Documentation: Decompose IR Mod Program requirements, user stories, and platform backlog for Solution Architecture & Design, while creating and managing required program documentation in alignment with ELC or One SDLC standards.
  • Sprint Planning & Technical Support: Support Program Increment (PI) and Sprint Planning sessions, providing technical support for legacy system integration and engaging IT delivery partners to capture critical decisions requiring input.
  • Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment: Provide coordination support across BODs for IR Mod, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and assist in connecting BODs with IT stakeholders for clarifications and input.
  • Integration & External Reporting: Ensure integration of delivery partners with the execution of implementation plans, assess data needs for IR Mod releases, and support external reporting to organizations such as IRSAC and ETAAC.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of information technology experience managing complex technology implementations.
  • Expertise in reengineering, configuration management, and build management to create efficient and effective systems.

Certifications:

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
Minimum Eligibility:

  • Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
  • Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
