Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Compliance Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including performing administrative and notary services (once certified) once a week on-site in Miami, FL. Notary certification is preferred and training/fees will be provided for. The remainder of the workweek will focus on assisting our compliance team with various duties related to cryptocurrency regulations and fintech compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site administrative support one day per week, including performing notary services. (Training and Cerification Assistance provided)
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of compliance-related documents.
- Monitor and update compliance records to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors and assist in communicating these updates to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
Qualifications:
- Notary Public certification in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
Location Requirements:
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
- On-site presence is required one day per week for administrative and notary services.
Hours:
- Part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week.
