At District Photo, our employees are the heart of our company. We are seeking a Seasonal Recruiter in our Louisville factory to work our peak season October-December.
Job Overview
The Seasonal Recruiter works closely with our plant teams in a fast-paced environment acquiring talent for our busy season. The individual will be managing recruiting and onboarding activity for seasonal hourly positions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment for hourly positions including: sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers to candidates
- Maintain applicant status and progress in Paylocity applicant tracking
- Meet hiring deadlines
- Tracking recruiting progress in all reporting and assign hired new hires to new hire training classes.
- Track and manage new hires through all steps of the onboarding process.
- Launch and update onboarding for all new hires through Paylocity
- Track referred applicants for referral bonus program
- Assist with new hire orientations

- 1+ years of experience working in HR, will consider internships
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams and Excel),
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Skill to organize and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in completing assignments which may include sensitive or confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
