Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot Admin to manage and streamline our HubSpot platform operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal team activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our HubSpot team. This role involves managing emails, updating playbooks, and supporting team members with various tasks related to HubSpot and Supered.Responsibilities & DutiesEmail Management:
Monitor and respond to HubSpot-related emails in a timely manner.
Ensure that all relevant communication is addressed and escalated as needed.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.
Follow up with account managers and the HubSpot team to ensure updates are made to the AMS (Account Management System).
Client Follow-up:
Actively follow up with clients regarding all HubSpot-related activities and ensure their needs are addressed.
Address any client concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
Playbook Management:
Regularly check and update playbooks to reflect current practices and strategies.
Ensure that playbooks are accurate and accessible to relevant team members.
Sales Team Support:
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure they have the necessary information and support from HubSpot.
Facilitate communication between the Sales team and the HubSpot team.
Onboarding Access:
Provide access to Zoom onboarding meetings for internal team members.
Ensure that onboarding sessions are scheduled and managed effectively.
Guide Creation:
Develop and maintain guides as requested by team members on Supered.
Ensure that guides are clear, accurate, and updated as necessary.
Client Account Management:
Create client accounts in HubSpot and Supered from the backend.
Grant appropriate access and permissions to clients and internal users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience working with HubSpot, including administration and management.
Experience with Supered or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Additional Information
US Shift: 5 or 6 PM to 2 or 3 AM (depending on business needs).
