Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasonal Factory Production Supervisor to oversee our production team during our busy season. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed.Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure that production targets are met.- Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.- Ensure that safety protocols are followed and that all workers are trained on safety procedures.- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed.- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production goals are aligned with overall business objectives.- Train and mentor production workers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
