TemporaryDescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal HR Recruiter to join our team at our
Phoenix, AZ plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various seasonal positions within the company. Our seasonal HR Recruiter will also be in charge of conducting New Hire Orientation. The Seasonal HR Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all staffing needs are met during the busy holiday season. Position will last to mid/late December.

- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Sundays - 2:00pm to 6pmMondays, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays - 8:30am to 6:00pm
