Job Overview
The Seasonal HR Admin works closely with the HR and production teams in a fast-paced environment for our busy season. The individual will be managing daily HR activities to assist hew hires and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for candidate flow for staffing agencies and internal candidates
- Coordinate new hire orientation
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Maintain app-based staffing platform
- Answer basic employee inquiries
- Assist HR with various administrative duties

- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to correctly retrieve and input data in computer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written communication skills
- Skill to organize and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in completing assignments which may include sensitive or confidential information
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
