We're looking for a Director of Product Management to manage, mentor, and grow our team of Product Managers while also driving the roadmap for our product teams.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee successful execution against our product objectives, roadmap, and success metrics for our current and future products
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing product managers
- Ship solutions that dramatically increase student success and support the needs of teachers and administrators
- Oversee product initiatives from conception through launch, collaborating closely with our Engineering, Design, Curriculum, and QA teams to ensure that goals are met
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the organization, including with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Lead initiatives and uphold best practices that improve our team’s approach to product development
About You:
- You have 10+ years of experience in SaaS product management or similar product development roles
- You have 3+ years of experience hiring and managing other product managers
- You have a track record of successfully launching and growing impactful products and features
- You have experience creating product roadmaps, defining success metrics, and overseeing execution from conception through launch
- You are adept at both user research and quantitative data analysis and can use insights effectively to create the best possible value for users
- You are excited to tackle both high-level strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves individual contributor work
- You make decisions quickly and decisively and can craft a compelling narrative to gain buy-in and inspire others
- You convey information with a high degree of clarity, precision, and succinctness, both verbally and in writing
- You are passionate about education and want to work at a mission-oriented startup with a talented team

Compensation at NoRedInk is robust and includes a full range of benefits, unlimited PTO, monthly co-working stipends, an initial home-office set-up stipend, and generous equity. Our salary ranges are based on factors such as expectations in the job description, location-specific market data, internal parity, and the experience and skills of individual candidates. Therefore, the compensation range is $200,000 - 240,000, accounting for various locations and skills/expertise.
