TemporaryDescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our
Phoenix, AZ plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department during our peak season. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for HR. Position will last to mid/late December.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees as needed
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

- 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
Tentative Schedule:
Sundays, Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays - 2:00pm to 11:00pm
