Primary Job Responsibilities:
Call new subscribers and aid them in first-time account set up. Currently, there is NO cold calling in this role; all conversations are with qualified referrals from our network of partners, including banks and similar institutions.
Act professionally as the initial point of contact, establishing the foundation for long-term customer relationships with Biller Genie.
Assist customers through email, phone, screen-share (Zoom), and chat to address general software inquiries and facilitate account setup.
Drive our subscription business growth through conducting meetings, customizing Biller Genie to meet prospective clients' needs, and ensuring their compatibility with our platform.
Qualify and consult clients based on their unique requirements.
Schedule follow-up training sessions with qualified accounts to ensure client success.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to achieve the highest levels of quality and productivity.
Demonstrate adaptability and maintaining a balance between speed and efficiency.
Qualifications:
No experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales or customer service required, but 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Driven and passionate about sales and customer service.
A motivated, coachable, and competitive go-getter, displaying resilience and a drive to win.
Tech-savvy and interested in the Tech/SaaS/Fintech industries.
Strong experience or desire to work in a metrics driven, fast-paced environment. - Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and accounts is preferred.
