Position Summary:


The Senior Key Accounts Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals by obtaining business from established and targeted accounts consistent with Ace Mart’s definition of Key and Strategic Accounts. This position manages and grows a larger and more complex portfolio of customers and is proficient in selling all aspects of Ace Mart’s values and offerings. This position will also mentor all other sales associates by assisting them in identifying potential accounts, providing strategic planning, and assisting them obtain profitable revenue.

All employees are expected to adhere to Ace Mart business philosophy, guidelines and policies as laid out in the ACE MART MISSION STATEMENT, Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures Manual and Safety Program.

Responsibilities:


1. Perform all responsibilities of a Key Account Sales Consultant (KASC)2. Plan and execute solutions for the Key Account team to deliver to customers3. Mentor Key Account team members4. Identify business opportunities with current and prospective customers5. Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends6. Maintain relationships with larger clients by providing information, support, and guidance7. Prepare reports by collecting sales information and statistics8. Facilitate, train and provide assistance with current CRM software.9.

Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales

Qualifications:


Skills and abilities required:· Strong sales history and ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts· Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form· Excellent teamwork and ability to mentor team members, ability to influence others.· Attention to detail· Superior analytical skills· Ability to understand foodservice equipment and supply operations and applications.· Ability to understand discounts, freight rates, volume purchasing, and preferred vendors.· Ability to understand Ace Mart’s bidding process.· Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (Word, Excel and PPT).

Previous use of Auto Quotes and SalesForce a plus.· Valid Texas Driver’s License with driving record passing Ace Mart’s standards.

Education and Experience:


· High school diploma or equivalent· Five years combined sales or industry experience· Two years as a Key Account Sales Consultant (Ace Mart internal)· Certified Food Handling by ServSafe or equivalent a plus

Physical Requirements and Conditions:


Physical requirements:· Pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.· Stand and walk up to eight (8) hours daily.· Lift and lower boxes and objects 35” from the floor.o 1-25 pounds 25 times dailyo 26-50 pounds 10 times daily· Bend and stoop daily.· Operate a CRT up to four hours daily.· Communicate via telephone up to two hours daily.Working Conditions:· Temperatures ranging from 35° to 95°.· Noisy atmosphere (phones, trucks, overhead pages, fans, etc.)· High exposure to dust.
