Our client, the Indiana Credit Union League (ICUL), a trade association for Indiana's credit unions, is seeking a Vice President of Member Services to lead consulting, education, and operational support services. RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Oversee the delivery of operational assistance to credit unions, including regulatory compliance, lending, financial analysis, strategic planning, and other support services.
  • Direct and coordinate research, development, and dissemination of regulatory analysis and information.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of credit union planning sessions, educational programs, and customized training for credit unions.
  • Supervise the management of consulting and education department staff.
  • Manage the League's annual meeting and convention, as well as other meetings, conferences, and webinars.
  • Prepare and administer the departmental budget, while serving on the League's management team.
  • Serve as a liaison to various committees, including the League Services Committee, the Stabilization Reserve Trust, and the Events Committee.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • 7-10 years of experience working in a financial institution or financial industry service provider, with a focus on lending, regulatory compliance, and/or financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering results.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel periodically throughout Indiana, with occasional overnight stays.
