Overview:
The Business Systems and Analytics Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our business systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce, to support our revenue operations. This role will also lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions to provide actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce administration, business analysis, and data analytics, with a keen ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of Salesforce, including user management, system configuration, and customizations.
- Implement and maintain best practices for data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize system enhancements and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics, particularly those related to revenue operations.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to forecast revenue and track performance against targets.
- Lead projects related to system upgrades, new tool integrations, and process automation from inception through to completion.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.
- Serve as a liaison between the revenue operations team and IT to ensure seamless integration of business systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of business systems and analytics tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to seek out and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, and data analytics.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing business systems, preferably within a revenue operations context.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is required.
- Additional certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) or data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau) are a plus.
Pay range:$100,000 - $128,000 USD
