Job Details:
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who would be responsible for performing various office tasks in support of the departments while creating a positive, caring environment for employees, clients & visitors. The person in this role will work closely with the Office Managing Partner and with all members of the office to support office operations and other miscellaneous tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for general phone calls and in-person visits
- Supporting the Office Managing Partner(s) and Operations Manager in various administrative duties
- Checking mail, receiving packages, scan documents and checks
- Support Business Development and office growth initiatives
- Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Assist with planning and execution of office events, be available for special events, including those scheduled after hours
- Coordinate with building management as needed
- Coordinate and order staff meals, snacks, and supplies
- Work independently, have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in project management, inventory management
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards & confidentiality
- Interact with and collaborate with other similar roles in other offices
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt well to change, and meet tight deadlines
- Maintain common areas in the office as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a face-paced environment requiring a high degree of organization.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, specifically Windows and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expectation to be in office M-F, 8-5pm
