Summary 


We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a high-performing development team in delivering innovative products to the healthcare market. This person will own one of Loyal’s key growth initiatives focused on our patient relationship management product suite. This role is pivotal in driving the development, enhancement, and success of our SaaS solutions designed to promote and improve patient engagement for health systems. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, marketing, and sales to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed user expectations. Your strategic mindset, understanding of go-to-market enablement, and seasoned product management expertise will be key to delivering solutions that significantly improve access to healthcare.We are preferably looking for candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Eastern time zones. Deadline to submit your application is Monday, September 16th at 8 PM (EST). 

You will:


  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and overall prioritization for the product suite 
  • Ensure the creation, implementation, and communication of a strategy designed to grow the product suite and oversee daily execution to achieve it.
  • Own Voice-of-Customer (VOC) collection and experimentation to unlock unique insights that drive product differentiation.
  • Lead a hybrid (onshore/offshore) development team in an Agile environment through appropriate use of ceremonies and artifacts.
  • Partner with a hybrid, onshore + offshore BA and Tech Lead team to break down requirements into epics, measure, and report on velocity. 
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-informed improvements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in healthcare.
  • Lead business case creation and be accountable for meeting product suite revenue and retention goals.
  • Drive go-to-market product positioning through product marketing content and sales enablement activity. 
  • Perform demos to prospects and customers, representing Loyal externally and exhibiting expertise of the products.

You have:


  • Minimum 6 years product management experience in B2B SaaS technology, ideally with enterprise products.
  • Experience delivering product(s) in a zero-to-one environment
  • Experience in CRM, email marketing automation software, and associated workflows.
  • Extensive experience working within a dynamic, high-pressure start-up environment, with proven experience to be adaptable.
  • Experience working within a software as a service (SaaS) company
  • Experience working in a hybrid development environment (onshore/offshore)
  • Ability to lead weekly 9 AM ET calls to accommodate a hybrid development team.
  • Ability to embrace and drive delivery in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in Agile software development environments.
  • Ability to bring positivity, charisma, and resilience to the team dynamic and effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and personality types.
  • Possess a curious mindset to accept, reflect, and take action on feedback.

Nice-to-Haves:


  • Propensity modeling
  • EHR Integration experience with leading EHRs (e.g., Epic)
  • Experience with AI-enabled products and technologies

Pay Transparency


Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $166,000 - $180,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.  In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
