Your Role:


As an IT Operations Project Lead/Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our internal systems and processes to support rapid business growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, architect solutions, and drive adoption that enhances productivity. This is an opportunity to shape the backbone that powers a high-growth company poised to lead a multi-billion dollar industry.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments, gather and document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Provide tracking and reporting on corporate systems initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Act as Project Lead for corporate systems, managing strategic IT projects and translating requirements into technical deliverables. 

What We’re Looking For:


  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as an IT Project Lead/Business Systems Analyst or in similar role, ideally a blend of consulting and corporate/startup/tech experience.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and designing complex systems within mid-size to enterprise environments.
  • A strong process improvement mindset.
  • Expertise in technology onboarding.
  • Proficiency in systems analysis and architecture.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Platform-specific knowledge, such as Notion or Jira, is a plus.
