Job Summary


The Director of Implementation is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of solutions for our clients. This person will lead implementation strategies for our employer partners as well as Develop and manage the implementation of prescription digital treatments with providers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in project management, client relations, and team leadership. The Director of Implementation will ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Be strategic in setting up the implementation function for future growth, especially as the business scales in the scaled reimbursement area.
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process (from sales to client success handoff) for employers and providers, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Own and manage launch project plans. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement best practices and standardize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continually improve the implementation process and client experience, identifying potential risks and dependencies
  • Synthesize learnings from the clients and internal teams to inform our go to market, as well as our internal processes, and continually improving implementations
  • Client (Employers & Providers) Engagement
  • Employers:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase. Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted mental health partner and advisor.
  • Think strategically to satisfy employer client needs, ensuring our products become a celebrated part of their benefits offering.
  • Providers: 
  • Develop and manage the implementation of prescription digital treatments with providers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with providers to ensure proper ordering, patient communication, and billing of prescription digital treatment.
  • Facilitate training sessions for providers on the order or the prescription digital treatment.
  • Monitor and optimize provider partnerships, using data to define and measure success.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to providers post-implementation.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementations, identify and mitigate risks and issues, providing proactive solutions as needed.
  • Partner closely with sales, client success, clinical, product development, and customer support to define and operationalize best in class partnerships and integrations and to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessary.
  • Team Management:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing implementation team.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage team workload to ensure project success.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Analyze project performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Required Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a min of 3 years experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training healthcare providers on the use and maintenance of digital health and/or medical devices and/or experience working in the regulated health care industry is a plus.

$185,000 - $215,000 a yearPlease note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses, and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
