Executive Assistant


(Contract)


Kaizen Analytix LLC, an analytics products and services company that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights, is seeking experienced candidates to join our Human Resources team

for 30-40 hours per week as an


Executive Assistant to our C-Suite. This position is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and our office located in Dunwoody, GA. Laptop and cell phone will be provided. Responsibilities, capabilities for success, and other requirements are provided below.

Responsibilities:


Support Kaizen’s C-Suite and other executives in the following areas:


Calendar management:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and other events as well as proactively assist with their day-to-day schedule

Expense management:

  • Help with correctly categorizing and submitting business expenses through Kaizen’s expense software

Travel booking

  • Facilitate reservations for flights, hotel, and ground transportation when requested

Ad-hoc requests as needed

  • Additional Administrative support in the following areas:

Sales Support

  • Assist Kaizen’s Chief of Sales through producing Salesforce reports, PowerPoint presentation assistance, or other tasks as required

Administration

  • Support Kaizen’s Operations Manager with events or other tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • A high standard of integrity, character and professionalism; understanding and respect to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills, and a rigorous attention to detail

Job Requirements:


  • Education: College degree
  • Experience: 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or related field.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong research skills, quick to learn new technologies. Salesforce experience is a plus.
