About the Role: The DC Applications Support & Process Manager (DCASPM) is the functional and subject matter expert for processes and IT systems/applications used within the Oxford of Lyons (GA) distribution center, primarily the WMS/WCS systems. They provide first-line user support within the DC for all core business applications. The DCASPM continuously evaluates existing and proposed systems, processes, and technology, partnering closely with Oxford IT to determine what changes are needed to meet current and future business requirements. They serve as a key project leader for related projects in the DC.
This position is on-site 5 days a week at the Oxford Distribution Center located in Lyons, GA
- Subject matter expert on the processes and operational functions of the WMS, WCS, and their supporting applications and integrated technologies in use in the facility.
- Ensure all DC systems are functioning properly to support the business requirements of the Brands being serviced by the facility.
- Develop and document standards, policies, procedures for DC operations that are system-based.
- Provide first-line user support for system/process fails; analyze, identify cause, determine/act on solutions; escalate to/partner with Oxford IT when appropriate.
- Develop strong working relationships with the brands, including serving as a subject matter expert for processes by which the Brands interact/communicate with the distribution center; Collaborate with the Brands to identify new/changed business needs; identify and analyze options to deliver these requirements, make recommendations (including recommendations for how technology can meet these requirements), and assist in implementation.
- Collaborate with software/service providers to stay informed of new features/functionality that may benefit DC operations.
- Partner with Director of Distribution, DC Team, and Oxford IT in the identification and advocacy of prospective initiatives/projects (e.g., business cases, ROI)
- Play a key role in testing and release activities in partnership with Oxford IT and the business, managing User Acceptance Testing and training on new applications/functionality.
- Assist in training new DC users on hardware and software applications relevant to their position.

Who we would like to meet:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Science, or other field in conjunction with relevant experience.
- Generally, 5+ years using enterprise IT applications in a distribution, manufacturing or other industrial environment.
- Experience using Warehouse Management and/or Warehouse Control systems.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
