The Director of Business Operations Warranty, Affinity, Embedded & Services will be responsible to manage and track all data points necessary for the underwriting and actuarial teams manage existing business including all collateral, claims, and sales inputs. The position will also coordinate the product development process with each Fortegra constituent responsible to develop and grow our warranty, embedded, affinity, and services businesses.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 10 years warranty, affinity, and embedded business experience.
- Experience with coordinating with various internal constituents.
Primary Job Functions:
- Drive growth through diversification of business to include pharmaceutical warranty, embedded benefits, and Affinity.
- Provide oversight and management of the services business
- Drive processes and outcomes as we onboard new business.
- Assist with special underwriting and services projects including audits and tracking of critical data points.
