You'll ensure orders from all sales platforms flow seamlessly through the entire fulfillment process while meticulously tracking inventory and flagging discrepancies.Working directly with warehouses, carriers, copackers, and other third-party operations partners in your clients' networks, you'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions, and optimize processes. You'll be the crucial link ensuring order accuracy, inventory integrity, and supply chain optimization across various platforms and systems.Operations Specialist Tier 2 Wage Information - $23.00-$25.00/hrWhat You'll DoOrder Fulfillment
- Manage multichannel order processing across platforms like Amazon, Faire, Mable, and direct sales channels
- Integrate orders into client systems including Shopify, WooCommerce, Netsuite, and Cin7
- Process and troubleshoot EDI transactions through SPS Commerce for major retail partners and distributors
- Coordinate with warehouses to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure timely shipping
- Monitor SLA adherence and communicate proactively with fulfillment partners
- Track both inbound and outbound shipments, including Amazon FBA coordination
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple platforms and warehouses
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Collaborate with procurement teams on forecasting and inventory planning
- Utilize ERP systems to optimize inventory positioning and availability
Process & Systems Optimization
- Maintain accurate product data across sales channels (Faire, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
- Leverage data analytics to improve:
- Product quality metrics
- Fulfillment performance
- Customer experience
- Return rates and root causes
- Shipping methods and delivery success
- Develop and maintain operational SOPs and troubleshooting guides
What You'll Need to SucceedRequired Experience
- 2+ years working directly in eCommerce/CPG operations (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated experience with major eCommerce platforms and marketplaces
- Strong understanding of the complete order lifecycle from placement to delivery
- Proven ability to troubleshoot order flow and shipping issues
- Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation
