Check out our GOASG website.Scheduler:As a proficient scheduler at ASG, your role involves a combination of scheduling processes. You will be responsible for completing your role with supervision from a senior scheduler.

You will maintain project schedules that the senior scheduler has developed. Develop small-scale schedules supporting projects for review only by the old scheduler/mentor. Update and maintain project schedules with minimal support. Update and run weekly reports and metrics.Key Responsibilities• Responsible for assisting in the project controls environment with an emphasis on scheduling. • Responsible for staying updated on scheduling trends and emerging technologies.• Responsible for developing standard project reports with minimal assistance.• Responsible for developing project metrics with assistance.• Responsible for building small, simple schedules without assistance—reviewed only by senior schedule—100–200-line items.• Responsible for updating and reporting on 15 million dollars in project work without assistance.• Responsible for supporting multiple projects with multiple project managers.• Responsible for supporting project meetings and answering questions from the project team.• Responsible for contacting the Level 3 or 4 scheduler for help with metric and report development, risk analysis, and special requests.• Responsible for ongoing collaboration with client and vendor project team members.

• Responsible for occasional interaction with staff from other client functions.• May be responsible for mentoring and guiding level 1 team members and level 0 interns. Part of ASG growth and contribution policy.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical area or a related field.• 5-10+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, or a relevant role.• 4+ years of experience in P6Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors• Proficient knowledge of scheduling principles and practices.• Proficient knowledge of P6 software; becomes proficient with company training or on-the-job training.• Proficient knowledge of MSP leads to proficiency with company training/OT company training or on-the-job training.• Skilled in problem-solving and analytical skills.• Skilled in troubleshooting utilized software.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Skilled in effective time management and organizational and personal capabilities.• Ability to enter updates and run reports.• Ability to build a schedule with some assistance.
