Internship Program:


Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while, gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program willrun from

 May 28, 2025 to August 8, 2025. 

Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business.
The internship will be based out of our Philadelphia, PA location. This is a hybrid position, and the intern will be required to work in the office at least three days per week, but it could be more based on business needs.

OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Roles and responsibilities will vary based on the department, all interns are expected to support a wide range of activities, acting, and performing professionally. At the end of your internship, you will have had exposure to the wealth and investment management businesses, a deeper level of experience in a particular area of focus and working collaboratively alongside managers and specialists of all career levels. 

Portfolio Management: 


Portfolio Managers work closely with clients to develop an Investment Policy Statement, identify an asset allocation, and review and define the permissible asset classes and sub-asset classes with minimum, maximum and long-term weightings. The portfolio management team remains responsible for the ongoing active management of client portfolios.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and ideally a rising junior or a rising senior, (graduating between May 2026 - December 2027).
  • We accept varying majors, business majors preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
  • Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.

Compensation:


The hourly rate being offered for this role is $25/hour for rising juniors and $30/hour for rising seniors.
