Position Overview:
The ERP Business Analyst will lead the implementation and ongoing support of the ERP Systems, currently Blue Cherry & NetSuite. This role involves managing BlueCherry configurations, supporting daily business operations with BlueCherry and other integrated systems (e.g., NetSuite), and driving process improvements. The ERP Business Analyst will work closely with cross functional teams to develop technical specifications, create comprehensive test documentation, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to provide hands-on support in a dynamic environment. *This is a hybrid position based out of our Detroit, MI office. Only candidates currently residing in the Detroit Metropolitan area will be considered.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implementation & Support:
- Lead the Greyson team through the successful implementation and go-live of the BlueCherry system.
- Provide ongoing support for day-to-day business operations using BlueCherry and integrated systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Configuration & Optimization:
- Manage the configuration of BlueCherry to meet new requirements and optimize existing processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Technical Specifications & Documentation:
- Develop and document technical specifications based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including business cases and test scripts.
Process Improvement & SOP Development:
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements.
- Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enhanced operational efficiency.
Testing & Validation:
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users to validate system functionality and performance.
- Ensure that testing outcomes meet business needs and compliance standards.
Systems Analysis & Recommendations:
- Conduct systems analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and implement solutions requiring a high level of technical competency and hands-on involvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as an ERP Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in Blue Cherry or NetSuite.
- General proficiency in ERP systems with the ability to adapt and learn new systems easily.
- Demonstrated experience in managing ERP implementations and supporting business operations.
- Familiarity with the retail and apparel industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong project management skill set and focus on execution of deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in configuring and optimizing ERP systems, specifically BlueCherry & NetSutie.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing technical specifications and comprehensive test documentation.
- Ability to manage and execute UAT sessions and drive process improvements.
