Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an

experienced

HVAC Service Technician. You will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment.
This is a demanding and challenging position that requires you to have excellent verbal communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills. You will get to demonstrate your professionalism, flexibility, and great people skills in working with a diverse customer base.Requirements

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Overtime and On-Call as assigned)• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.• Experience making repair and replacement recommendations.• Clean criminal background• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.Qualifications:• Universal EPA Certification- type 2 at minimum• 5 + years experience• Advanced customer service skills• Possess basic hand tools
