h1.co to learn more about us.As a Software Development Engineer in Test on our Product Engineering team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through both manual and automation testing. You will be trained to develop and implement automated test frameworks, design and execute test plans, and collaborate closely with developers and engineers to enhance code coverage and product quality.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions through innovative testing practices. Your contributions will be crucial in providing optimal solutions that align with both our product goals and specific user needs, all while ensuring timely delivery. You will:- Partner with stakeholders to provide the best solutions that meet both user needs and business goals- Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective manual and automation testing- Design and own comprehensive test plans for various features and functionalities- Set up and maintain automation workflows for data validation and user interfaces - Automate processes to monitor data proactively and alert on anomalies- Collaborate with developers and engineers to achieve high code coverage and resolve testing issues- Demonstrate a "get it done" attitude, taking initiative to tackle challenges and drive improvements- Perform database testing (SQL, NoSQL), create and manage test plans and test cases, and monitor production environments- Debug issues using logging tools and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
