The Marketing Associate will be an integral part of the success of Exygy’s marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for the execution of Exygy’s growth strategy in partnership and led by the Growth Manager. Their primary responsibilities will be the creation and publication of content on Exygy’s platforms focused on the CiviForm and Consulting business lines. 
Who Does This Role Report To:This role reports to the Growth ManagerSupervisory Responsibilities:None. 

Content Marketing - 80%


  • Content Marketing - 80% Organize and draft blogs, social media posts, and interviews working with the Growth Manager to finalize and publish 
  • Support social media posts by C-suite by organizing, scheduling, and ghostwriting Drive social media engagement by crafting posts, following trends, creating reports, and executing strategy for LinkedIn
  • Plan and co-write our bi-monthly community newsletter
  • Develop case studies and thought leadership panels, blogs, social media, interviews, etc 
  • Provide clean, accurate lead data in Hubspot 
  • Create and send targeted email campaigns for tailored outreach and lead generations for CiviForm and Consulting CMS (Business Lines within Exygy) updates on Exygy.com

Community Building - 20%


  • Research tech for good communities and integrate their work into Exygy’s content schedule, engagement, and community-building practices
  • Engage with our community and fellow “tech for gooders” on a weekly basis through Linkedin, Slack groups, and in-person events when possible. 
  • Supporting Account Managers and Business Development functions through community engagement. 
  • Build Exygy’s relationships through actively contributing and participating in Slack groups like the Digital Service Coalition, Good Tech Fest, and groups yet to be discovered! 

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


  • Working knowledge of CRMs and how they function. *Bonus if they are specifically familiar with Hubspot
  • Working knowledge of low/no-code website builders such as Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace.
  • General knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, UTMs, and social media and email marketing success metrics. 
  • General knowledge of Notion or similar project management tools. 
  • General knowledge of social impact work, agency work, and tech work. 
  • General knowledge of design. Comfortable with Canva. *Bonus if they are proficient in the Adobe suite.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media copywriting, long-form copywriting, content calendar management, content scheduling, and email marketing. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of how to be a team player, balance multiple priorities, context switching, and asynchronous communication. 

Metrics for success in this role


  • Consistent bi-monthly newsletter 3x a week
  • Linkedin content 12x blogs a year  
  • 1x case study a quarter (as available) 
  • Increased engagement with partner organizations on LinkedIn 
  • Ownership over content calendar planning and execution 
  • Keen understanding of Exygy’s brand guidelines and tone of voice

$65,000 - $74,750 a year

Compensation


The annual salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 to $74750.
