The Role


We are looking to hire a highly motivated and operational board-certified physician. This is a key leadership role and the expectation will be to drive Angle Health’s clinical and medical management strategy and outcomes. The existing team and initiatives are nascent and yet to be scaled up. 

Core Responsibilities



  • Design and launch member facing care management and disease management programs that unlock better health outcomes for high needs members 

  • Craft strategy for utilization management, and other health plan related clinical workflows 

  • Hire a team of clinicians to run above programs 

  • Work with R&D and operations teams to productize programs and integrate them into existing backoffice operations

  • Drive product strategy along with other stakeholders regarding new strategic and vendor partners we decide to onboard

What We Value



  • Board certified MD or DO 

  • Experience on the clinical services side and a passion for delivering high quality white glove care for members

  • Ability to work in a tech forward startup environment (ideally some evidence of this)

  • Hands on and operational -- willing to work with our product and engineering teams to productize said programs 

  • A passion for human centered care delivery

The salary range for this job opportunity is $250,000 to $350,000 per year, which is the amount Angle Health anticipates paying for this position at the time of this job posting. The actual base salary offered may differ and will depend on various factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as internal equity.
