Stauer is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location on a seasonal basis.
This position is initially a seasonal opportunity to support our business during our holiday rush.
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years’ customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
- Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
- Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
- Good Typing Skills
- Familiar with Outlook
- Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
- Must be able to provide customer experience that promotes repeat business.
- Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday-Friday, Part-Time is available (20-25 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $16 - $18 per hourBonuses:
- Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus (eligibility requires employment from 10/21/24 to 12/20/2024)
- Up to $500 Attendance Bonus (must work through 12/20/2024)
