Job Title: Construction Project ManagerOur well-known mechanical contracting company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.- Coordinate and communicate with clients, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.- Manage project teams, including purchasing, change orders, RFI's, plan updates and document control.- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.If you are a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.

(Procore, ProjectSight, BIM360)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
