About the role:
Curated is seeking a versatile marketer eager to accelerate our consumer growth. Your role will encompass spearheading all marketing initiatives at Curated including marketing strategy, paid marketing, social & community, content, CRM/lifecycle, brand and affiliate/referrals. The success of the role is to build on the existing foundation that has allowed us to grow profitably while driving the launch of new categories and relaunching our social & community strategy. The role will report to the CRO.

This role can be based out of our San Francisco HQ or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Set overall marketing strategy to support growth and profitability goals of the current categories
- Set marketing strategy for launch of new categories, with a focus on profitability and scale
- Take ownership of organic channels such as content marketing, and commercial SEO strategy
- Relaunch our social media channels leveraging our large expert and partner community
- Work with existing resources to evolve our CRM/lifecycle marketing strategy to drive incremental revenue and repeat business
- Develop and implement referral and affiliate programs to expand brand reach and customer base.
- Lead paid marketing team to develop a coherent, multi-touch acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering to infuse the Brand across the product customer journey
- Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, creativity, and staying at the forefront of growth innovation.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 7 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of managing teams and functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing and owning marketing initiatives aligned with broader business goals.
- Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
- Analytical and technical acumen, with a deep understanding of tracking, metrics, and the ability to derive insights and craft compelling data-driven stories. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, etc.) is a must.
- Proven ability to manage significant budgets and drive efficient revenue growth.
- A comprehensive understanding of marketing channels and tactics, with experience leveraging a diverse marketing portfolio.
- A strong bias for action, curiosity, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities constantly evolve.
- An owner’s mindset with the ability to lead through ambiguity, pay attention to details, and solve complex problems.

Compensation & benefits:
- Pay range: $120,000 - $150,000 a year.
- Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
