ABOUT THE ROLE:AdAction is on the hunt for an energetic and visionary Vertical Marketing Manager to propel our marketing into hyperdrive! This isn’t just any role; it’s a chance to be at the forefront of our aggressive growth strategy, tailoring cutting-edge marketing tactics for diverse advertiser & publisher verticals. If you’re passionate about crafting campaigns that resonate deeply and drive metrics sky-high, you’re in the right place!RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine & Drive Strategy: Dive deep into each vertical, unearthing key insights and crafting killer strategies that connect on a whole new level.
Content Creation: Lead the charge in conjuring compelling B2B & B2C content—from gripping case studies to insightful webinars—that captivates and converts.
Channel Mastery: Identify and dominate the optimal channels for each vertical. Including but not limited to LinkedIn, newsletters, email sequences etc.
Empower Sales: Provide our sales team with everything they need to close deals and hit quotas.
Measure Success & Optimize: Live by the metrics! If you can measure it, you can improve it. Use data to turn good strategies into great results.
Collaborate and Conquer: Rally the troops—internal teams, external partners, and everyone in between—to ensure our message is unified and our goals are met.
Network and Influence: Be the face of AdAction at industry events, forging connections that matter and gathering intel that keeps us ahead of the curve.
WHO WE NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field plus 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
A background in segment-specific marketing and database management.
Analytical and strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive decisions through data.
Leadership style that inspires teams and turns visions into reality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; you excel at building relationships and rallying teams towards common goals.
Adaptable and thrives in the fast lane. You manage chaos with a cool head and a clear vision.
Self-starter who doesn’t wait for opportunities - you create them.
Ambitious and driven, you prioritize professional growth and are eager to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Passionate about artificial intelligence and its power to transform marketing strategies; eager to leverage AI to drive innovation and results.
Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

Annual Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 +commission**Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
