The Role


LineLeader is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to assist with strategy and own the execution of all operational elements of our multi-channel campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a talented demand generation marketer looking to immediately impact a fast-paced, high-growth company. The ideal candidate will understand the core metrics and levers needed to optimize digital marketing campaigns. You’ll report to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, and play a vital role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing programs to accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of all top of funnel, pipeline building efforts
  • Achieve pipeline generation and revenue targets through scalable demand generation marketing campaigns
  • Execute on inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including ABM programs
  • Optimize SEO across all digital marketing including the website, blog, and more
  • Build and deploy email, web marketing, and paid advertising initiatives
  • Contribute to the organic social strategy and execution
  • Create campaign landing pages and conduct ongoing multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates
  • Manage nurture programs to improve conversion rates, drive deeper engagement in the buying process, and continually enhance the quality of leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing coordinator, copywriting agency, and graphic design agency to create compelling content to fuel campaigns, including articles, blogs, eBooks, webinars, infographics, and other thought-leadership content
  • Measure, analyze, report, and evaluate campaign performance to increase conversion
  • Contribute to the strategy and promotion of industry and tradeshow events

Requirements


  • 2-3 years of successful marketing program creation, execution, measurement, analysis, and reporting across channels
  • Robust, hands-on digital marketing experience across email, web, social, and paid channels
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. HubSpot preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns across channels
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS marketing is a must
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads, Meta advertising, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Strong project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude, excited to build something, and confident taking on new challenges to achieve objectives
  • Experience working closely with, and supporting, a growing sales organization
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
