What you will get to do: 


  • Lead large BioPharma accounts to successfully integrate Predicine’s solutions into clinical trials.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with key decision makers within defined corporate accounts
  • Maintain trust-based relationships that reinforce Predicine as partner of choice. 
  • Develop partnerships on a global scale through trust-based relationships and reinforcing Predicine as liquid biopsy partner of choice. 
  • Identify and craft account success strategies based on assessment of client business strategy, market trends with clinical, financial, and reimbursement considerations. Continue to refine plan to meet ongoing changes in the BioPharma and diagnostic landscape. 
  • Network with external business stakeholders (academics, consultants, consortiums, etc) to address gaps in cancer care with Predicine comprehensive solutions.
  • Create and execute business plans that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers that drive engagement and systemic adoption of the Predicine  portfolio. 
  • Proactively and creatively drive contracting opportunities to close in a timely fashion.
  • Continually demonstrate a high level of internal and competitive product knowledge and use it to shape informed opinions, plans, decisions, and actions to exceed customer and internal goals.
  • Influence and build out your own business while helping shape the organization by demonstrating customer needs and solutions to internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Clients and internal leadership teams to gain commitments from stakeholders to address ongoing business decisions.
  • Communicate strategies, milestones, accomplishments, and insights pertaining to accounts with internal leadership to drive unified success
  • Forge partnerships with Client domestic and international stakeholders to ensure global reach and success within accounts.

Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred 
  • 6 years’ experience in a business development, consulting, or sales within molecular diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, research, or similar industry environment 
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing complex national or multinational accounts, including influencing key decision makers, subject matter experts, and C-Suite. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Ability to uncover customer motivations, needs, or reservations and tactfully address through internal resources or other team members to drive customer and patient success.
  • Demonstrated track record of success selling oncology-based services, therapies, or partnerships 
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing new business and growing it through to partnership. 
  • In-depth knowledge of oncology clinical trials and different testing scenarios such as retrospective or prospective. 
  • Keen understanding of the contracting process and ability to work with legal counsel to professionally guide and close Agreements
  • Attention to detail, self-starter and innovative 
  • Demonstrated experience leading and growing business development with pharmaceutical clients. 
  • Ability to collaborate with peers in a fast-paced and cross-functional team environment while remaining focused and processional under pressure to achieve overall internal and external business goals.
