What you are accountable for:


The Associate, Resource Management is accountable for the monitoring, reporting, and optimization of how the agency resources client work and deploys its people to projects and work. This role will focus on maintaining data integrity within the agency’s resource management tools and will support the Global Resource Management team with assigning resources across billable departments globally.

What you are responsible for:


Resource Management (RM) & Forecasting. 

  • Maintain and update resource schedules, ensuring timely and efficient allocation to meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in assigning the right talent to the right projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
  • Resolve resource booking conflicts and ensure optimal utilization of teammates. 
  • Coordinate with department heads, team leaders and project managers on a daily basis in relation to all deployable agency teammates across billable departments.
  • Support the Global Resource Management team with monitoring resource utilization and productivity forecast primarily within Creative Services and Strategy services. 
  • May conduct meetings regionally to align on planned work forecast, execute outcomes with the support from Global PMO and applicable department heads. 

Monitoring, Reporting, and Optimization. 

  • Report on key metrics for actionable insights for our deployable teammates. 
  • Assist in improvements for agency Resource Management systems and processes. 
  • Maintain data integrity within Resource Management tools.
  • Coordinate with Global PMO to manage communication with the relevant stakeholders around shifting priorities for assigned resources.
