As an Inventory Coordinator your contributions to the team will include:
- Assist with cycle count responsibilities and inventory accuracy.
- Collect data and generate daily, monthly and quarterly operations metrics and reporting.
- Perform liaison duties between operations, engineering, finance, sales and other internal departments as needed.
- Control part number creation as well as bill of materials.
- Review, enter and analyze material movement transactions and miscellaneous receipt and issue tickets.
- Daily use of ERP system to perform inventory tasks.
- Perform system transactions accurately and with close attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials when observed or identified to supervisor.
- Create analytical spreadsheets necessary to evaluate business needs.
- Active participation in a continuous improvement process and supportive of changes/processes that are made to improve overall operations impact.
- Cooperatively provides hands-on job function training to co-workers as needed
What we ask of you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple tasks; highly organized, excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail and with tight deadlines a priority.
