In this role, you will lead our CRM administration, data integrity, reporting, and tooling optimization, ensuring seamless system integration and providing actionable insights to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer our Salesforce environment, including data management, process automation, and external system integrations (e.g. LeanData, Gong, PandaDoc, Ortto, Slack, Zapier).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce, ensuring accurate data flows and simplifying lead and opportunity tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Drive ongoing process improvement by building workflows, automating manual tasks, and optimizing sales tracking, ensuring data cleanliness and consistency across Salesforce and integrated tools.
- Optimize reporting and dashboards to track sales and growth metrics, providing sales leadership with data-driven insights to improve decision-making and performance.
- Reconcile Salesforce data with SaaS contracts and external resources (e.g., PDF contracts, Google Sheets) to track ARR and ensure accurate reporting.
- Lead the optimization and management of sales tools and vendor relationships (e.g., Calendly, LeanData, Zapier) while proactively recommending new tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and growth.
- Deliver regular training to ensure team engagement with tools and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Assist with commission calculations, ensuring accuracy in payroll submissions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Engineering to drive operational improvements.
- Support ad hoc revenue operations related initiatives.
Who You Are
- Extensive Salesforce administration expertise, including hands-on work with process automation, data management, and external system integrations (e.g., PandaDoc, Ortto, Slack).
- Strong experience managing Salesforce environments, serving as the primary point of contact for system users, and ensuring accurate data flows, lead tracking, and reporting.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with experience in optimizing dashboards and providing data-driven insights for sales leadership.
- Proficient with building workflows and automations to drive process improvement and optimize sales tracking.
- Comfort with ensuring organizational-wide data hygiene practices are adopted.
- Expertise in managing sales tools and vendor relationships, with the ability to recommend and implement new tools or integrations to enhance sales efficiency and growth.
- Proficient with analytics and BI tools such as Google Sheets, Metabase etc.
- Familiar with tools such as Calendly, LeanData, and Zapier with a deep understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive performance.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Hands-on with strong attention to detail.
Bonus
- Experience with commission calculations and ensuring accuracy in payroll submissions.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and internal reporting.

Compensation and Benefits Package
- Base salary determined by years of experience: $100,000 - $160,000.
- Equity.
- Remote work within the United States.
- Health, Dental and Vision covered at 90% for all plans and 80% coverage for dependents, which amounts to approximately 11 thousand dollars a year.
