🦄We're seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our team and help shape the future of work. At ClickUp, design is at the core of everything we do. We believe that exceptional user experiences stem from a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics. As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll play a key role in creating intuitive interfaces and innovative features that enhance our users' productivity. This person will partner with both Core Product and Growth Product to support the design and development of the platform experience and growth journey's. NOTE: This role sits within the Product organization, and will own visual design components related to the product, and it's user experiences. This is not a creative designer role.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interface design
- Experience with typographic scales, color palette, icon systems, illustrations, and micro-interactions
- Enjoys being in the details of implementing and designing perfect UI elements
- Experience creating consistent UX patters and visual design harmony across highly interactive web platforms
- Bonus: experience in design systems
- Bonus: experience with Growth/Marketing design
Responsibilities:
- You will lead the creation of new shared patterns and apply systematic thinking to elevate and harmonize our product interfaces and UX
- Spearhead the development of our next-generation design system, setting new standards for visual excellence and consistency across all product interactions
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and others to integrate these advancements seamlessly, enhancing the overall user experience
- You will work with engineers closely to ensure perfect implementation of components
Salary Range: $130,000 - $172,500 USDThis position is eligible for the following benefits:
