- 10+ years of experience in the data engineering and/or analytics field

- Expertise in data mining, data storage, and ETL processes
You are proficient with:
- SQL, Tableau, Python, BigQuery
- Data extraction, modeling, and integration

Responsibilities:
Technical and Strategic Leadership:
Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to the data team, acting as a subject matter expert in both data engineering and analytics. Lead the development of advanced analytical models and data infrastructure, including data lakes, pipelines, and ETL processes. Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards for data strategies, governance, and quality.
Data Infrastructure and Governance:
Architect and enhance data infrastructure, ensuring seamless access to raw data and efficient data management. Develop and enforce data governance policies, conduct audits, and drive initiatives to maintain high data integrity and quality.
Innovation and Technology Evaluation:
Explore and recommend cutting-edge tools and technologies to improve data capabilities. Evaluate emerging solutions to advance our data infrastructure and stay ahead of industry trends.
Analytical Insight and Reporting:
Design and develop sophisticated dashboards and reports using Tableau, applying industry best practices. Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data solutions that address diverse needs. Facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Project Management and Process Improvement:
Manage and lead complex data projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Support process improvements and coordinate tasks across teams to enhance overall data practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present data insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and business innovation. Benefits/Perks:

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $156k-$211k.
