Small Girls PR is growing and we are looking for a Director with 7-9 years of experience to join our influencer marketing team working with exciting brands across fashion, food & beverage and consumer tech and more.

Note: This role is based in our NYC office, working two days a week in the office on a hybrid schedule.
How you’ll make an impact:
- As a strategic leader, you will dream up creative, multi-pronged paid and earned influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion for our clients across different industries.
- You’ll advise clients on short and long-term strategy, manage expectations and set goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain consistent knowledge of client affairs, generating original ideas to amplify their efforts through influencer marketing and socially-driven partnerships
- Originate campaign concepts that earn shares beyond the paid spend
- Reverse engineer virality; demonstrate clear understanding of what poses campaigns for maximum talkability.
- Collaborate with the PR and Experiential teams to create integrated campaigns that align with client objectives
- You will identify, outreach, negotiate, contract and lead the overall management and execution of paid (and earned) influencer programming across tiers of influencers and within a variety of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- You will manage budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and a strong ROI
- You’ll report on campaign KPI’s and performance providing actionable data-based insights and recommendations to clients
- Participate in new business meetings and proposals alongside senior leadership, contributing to business development and growth initiatives.
- Manage and mentor junior team members and freelancers, ensuring quality and breadth of their work.

- Content & Trend Obsessed - You scroll TikTok for hours in your spare time, you have a list of dream influencers you’d love to work with someday, you’re the first to find a creator or content trend before they really pop off, you consume and are endlessly inspired by content & creators.
