We’re seeking a
Collection specialist
for our US market to join our finance department.Job Scope: 50-60% time job, can be either hybrid work from our office at Ramat Gan, or completely from home. Availability for US hours - a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer general ledger reconciliation.2. Responsibility for collection from our US customers.3. Tracking and controlling customer payments.4. Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.5. Maintaining data control.6. Collaborating with relevant sales managers on collections.7. Familiarity with various customer contracts.8. Providing assistance and service to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role- English level - Native language - mandatory! (American accent - advantage)- Proficiency in Excel - mandatory- Familiarity with working on various computer systems (such as Salesforce/Netsuite etc.)- Detail-oriented- Dedication and work ethic- Assertiveness alongside interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
