Enlyft takes a radically different approach by applying expertise in machine learning and GenAI to help predict outcomes and communicate with unparalleled precision and at scale.Role Overview: The Director of Human Resources and Administration will oversee all HR Company-wide and administrative functions for Enlyft’s Indian operations, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can manage day-to-day HR activities, manage and develop policies, and handle administrative tasks. Reporting to Enlyft CFO in Kirkland WA and collaborating closely with Pune based Director of Engineering and Kirkland based VP of Solutions Engineering.Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives including scoping and implementing new Global HRIS system.Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.Recruitment and Onboarding:
Recruiting management will be a major focus to facilitate the build out of the Pune based team, as well as, supporting US based hiring managers.Manage the recruitment tools and vendors worldwide to attract and hire top talent.Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.Brand Building and Team Building:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance company profile.Lead initiatives to foster a positive team environment.Design and implement programs that strengthen culture and improve employee engagementCompliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulationsEnsure employee compliance with all Company compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, 27701, 42001.Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR audits.Compliance Manager will be a direct report.Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.Administrative Oversight:
Scope and obtain internal approval for establishing an EOR program and migration path to wholly owed subsidiary status for Indian operations.Oversee office administration, including facilities management and vendor relations. Including multiple recruiting agencies.Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in India and ability to research US labor laws using HRIS tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a small to mid-sized company.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Rippling, Bamboo HRIS, Deel.com, Carta, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
